As a skin reset, the GHK-Cu Repairing Serum can be used every day,  as part of a regular skin cycling regime, or for a supercharged 2-week period to restore skin after abrasive beauty treatments.

For an intensive regime, the Collagen Essence Hydrating Face Mask can be used two to three times a week. Apply morning and night for two weeks for optimal hydration.

To maintain skin barrier health, use the Collagen Essence Hydrating Face Mask once a week for six weeks. Apply it either in the morning or at night.

The Collagen Essence Hydrating Face Mask can also be used as a one-off soothing mask to replenish the skin’s barrier. You may find this useful after an abrasive beauty treatment such as microdermabrasion or a chemical peel.
